Transportation Master Plan

The TMP will span 30 years while focusing on vehicular infrastructure, active transportation (cycling), and transit options while coordinating with the ongoing Elgin County Official Plan update.

The study began in 2021, with the original Phase 1 report being completed in 2022, identifying needs and opportunities.

However, significant regional developments led to a pause until their impacts were better understood. The study resumed in late summer 2024 with the updated Phase 1: Needs & Opportunities now available for public engagement.
